Well the Memorial Day day is just about done. And I decided to take a break in the day and go to the studio and put a few thoughts together to help us deal with a summer ahead of us and the week of difficult times that is before us. And during the Memorial Day weekend I thought about those who did pay the price as I watched a couple of classic films about war and what it is and what it does to those who pay the price of freedom. And all of that led to a Tom Hanks idea about the one word that helped him to be very successful in his life and business. So give me 15 minutes and perhaps it might be helpful to you too,
