Yes we made it to Friday and Friday is future day in which case if you are a leader you can listen, or if you want to be a leader you can listen, but if not don't listen.  And we will start with a little bit of fun by asking how do the geese know who gets to go first and who gets to lead.

And then a little cowboy wisdom about the difference between humans and animals that might surprise you.  It seems that in many cases animals are smarter than us.  And then I confess, a bit of a rant about the state of leadership in our world today...

And then a bit of a challenge to say that to be a good leader you need to learn how to be a good sleeper.  And hopefully in the new year will be able to help you do just a little bit better at that. Just 20 minutes to stir your mind and maybe give you some good ideas.
