II - Are you still teaching people to throw away their résumé and not to do an interview!.

I decided today to do a video radio program and with a few thoughts about the current mess in our lives and then a question that is relevant even though very few people pay attention to it anymore. We still keep doing the same thing even though it may not work.

So years ago to get people thinking I challenge them about the value of their résumé and the fact that they should probably throw it away and do something quite different and that a interview will seldom tell you what you need to do or what you need to know. ... You should call for an audition.
